Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, no problem! Just give us a call or email and have your Order Number at hand.
Please note that all orders include a £50 non-refundable deposit
The notice given will effect your cancellation options, these details can always be found in our Cancellation Policy.
Delay Rebate
If your order is more than 30 minutes late, we'll refund 10% of your order total.
Delay is measured from the end of your selected collection/delivery time slot. i.e 10.00AM - 11.00AM, 11.31AM or later qualifies for the Delay Rebate.
